BEDFORD – The 105.5 WQRK and 102.5 LiteFM annual Jingle Bell Rock contest is just days away from starting and the radio stations need your help.
Beginning on Monday, December 5th, listeners will have the chance to tune in and hear daily clues as to where to rock is hiding. Every weekday on 105.5 FM and 102.5 FM the clue of the day will be aired:
- Weekday mornings between 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
- Weekday afternoons between 4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Visit the clue sites and piece together the puzzle on the final location and bring the rock back to its home, in the comfy confines of the Studio at 424 Heltonville Road West. Clue sites include Mays Greenhouse, Mary M’s Walnut House Flowers and Gifts, Sipes Body and Glass, Smoot Eye Care, and Big O Tires.
If you are the first to find the Jingle Bell Rock, you can bring it back to the studio for verification and authentication where you will be announced as the grand prize winner and will be awarded a sleigh full of prizes from participating sponsors and the radio stations.
Official rules for the contest include:
- Clue sheets will be delivered to the Sponsor locations only on weekdays throughout the contest by 4 pm
- Clue sheets need to be posted in the store
- Clue sheets are not permitted to leave sponsor locationsÂ
- Listeners may choose to write down the clues or take a photo with their phone, however, no photocopies of the clue sheets are allowed to be made from sponsor locations
- Clues cannot be given out over the telephone, fax, or e-mail by the sponsor
- Clues will not be made available at the Radio Station
- Current employees and their family members are not eligible to win
- Employees of Sponsor locations are not eligible to win
- Previous Jingle Bell Rock Winners are not eligible to win
- Ad-Venture Media / Mitchell Community Broadcasting and employees are not responsible for any harm to person or property.
