  • 8:40 a.m. An information report was taken in the 200 block of Greer Lane. A woman reported that someone spit in her mouth this morning when she woke up but she did not see anyone do it
  • 8:56 a.m. Disabled vehicle reported at State Road 37 and Washboard Road
  • 9:00 a.m. Disabled vehicle at State Road 37 and Pinewood Drive
  • 9:16 a.m. Request for animal control in the 700 block of Twin Bridges Road for two stray cats
  • 9:22 a.m. Request for animal control on US 50 East near Old US 50 East
  • 9:53 a.m. Request for animal control on East Boyd Lane behind Star Stop for a bull running loose
  • 10:02 a.m. A woman was at the station seeking a protective order for her daughter. The woman’s daughter is being bullied and threatened at school and both girls have shown up on the woman’s property
  • 10:48 a.m. Disabled vehicle at State Road 37 and Wesley Chapel Road. The male was given a courtesy ride to Mitchell Manor
  • 11:06 a.m. Follow-up investigation in the 900 block of 16th Street
  • 12:14 p.m. 911 call hang up in the 600 block of Butterfly Lane. It was an accidental call
  • 1:42 p.m. Citizen assist in the 1000 block of Lawrenceport Main. The caller reported there are people cutting trees down and trespassing on the property
  • 2:27 p.m. Traffic stop at Stars Boulevard and US 50 East
  • 2:29 p.m. Report of a suspicious male on the caller’s property in the 3000 block of Pleasant Run Road. The male fled on foot when the property owner grabbed a gun and told the male he was going to call the police
  • 2:44 p.m. Report of weightlifting set in the northbound lane of State Road 37. Police say there was nothing in the box
  • 3:22 p.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 1000 block of Main Street at the Dollar General store. The caller reported there is a male sitting in the truck almost every day and the caller “thinks it is weird” and is requesting an officer to speak to the male
  • 4:02 p.m. Two syringes were found in the alleyway on North 9th Street in Mitchell
  • 4:05 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a silver BMW on State Road 37 and Patton Hill Road. The driver is speeding then slamming on the brakes and throwing things at other vehicles
  • 4:07 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a silver Ford Focus traveling south on State Road 37 and Patton Hill Road
  • 4:11 p.m. Report of trespassing in the 900 block of Tulip Street
  • 4:30 p.m. Controlled fire in the 5000 block of State Road 54 West
  • 5:02 p.m. Officers were out with a person at Main and Warren streets
  • 5:15 p.m. Disable vehicle at State Road 37 and State Road 54
  • 5:33 p.m. Traffic stop at 9th Street and Hoosier Avenue in Oolitic. The driver was given a verbal warning for a traffic violation

  • 6:08 p.m. An information report was taken in the 200 block of Greer Lane. A woman reported someone had spit in her mouth and keeps touching her but she doesn’t see anyone doing it. Her grandmother “had the audacity to tell her that she needs to take her meds”
  • 6:17 p.m. 911 call at Walmart reporting a man is possibly on drugs or drunk and is yelling at vehicles and is now walking on John Williams Boulevard
  • 6:37 p.m. 911 call hang up in the 1000 block of North 8th Street. There was no issue
  • 6:46 p.m. Traffic stop in the 300 block of Hillcrest Way
  • 6:51 p.m. Officers made extra patrols in The Woods housing addition
  • 6:51 p.m. Officers made extra patrols on Trinton Circle
  • 8:35 p.m. An information report was taken in the 200 block of Greer Lane. The woman caller reported someone she couldn’t see blew a hit of meth into her face
  • 9:05 p.m. 911 call in the 200 block of Dillon Road. There was no problem
  • 9:19 p.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle at Ball and Lehigh roads
  • 9:24 p.m. Report of a suspicious male in the 3000 block of Old State Road 37. The male is yelling, cursing, and punching into the air
  • 10:37 p.m. An information report was taken in the 200 block of Greer Lane. The woman reported someone put feces on her toothbrush
  • 10:49 p.m. Warrant service in the 400 block of West Warren Street. A male was detained
