Springville Community Academy to host Thanksgiving Food Drive to benefit Bertha’s Mission

SPRINGVILLE – The Springville Community Academy will be hosting a Thanksgiving Food Drive to gather needed items, which will be donated to benefit Bertha’s Mission and their Free Community Thanksgiving Dinner.

Students and families are asked to donate items starting Tuesday, November 1st, and running through Wednesday, November 9th, and are requesting the following items:

  • Cut green beans (not French style)
  • Whole kernel corn (not creamed)
  • Canned carrots
  • and boxed stuffing

The class with the most donated items will receive an ice cream party provided by Brent Maudlin-State Farm.
