Lawrence County 4-H Rabbit Club members do well at Greene County 4-H Open Show

BLOOMINGTON – The Lawrence County 4-H Rabbit Club members traveled to Bloomington early Saturday morning to participate in the Greene County 4-H Rabbit Club Open Show.

The 4H members participated in two shows. They could choose to participate in open or youth shows.

Representing the Lawrence County club was AJ O’Neal showed his Dwarf Hotots. Heaven Cooper showed her Flemish Giants, Isabelle Barker showed her Jersey Wooley, and Max Batman showed his American Chinchilla.

AJ O’Neal earned best senior doe and took third place overall in the breed.

Heaven Cooper earned Best of Breed in both of the youth shows.

More than 600 rabbits were shown during the event.
