OOLITIC – Beginning on Monday, October 24th, road closures will be in place for area of Oolitic during continued work on the towns stormwater project.
Blue line closed 10/31/22 – 11/4/22
Traffic will have to divert around in order to avoid any hazards or issues to the roadway and their vehicles while the work is taking place.
The following are updates regarding road closures in Oolitic for the Stormwater Project.
- 10/24/22 – 10/28/22: Hall & Mathis avenues and the area to the east to Smith Avenue will be closed to thru traffic
- 10/31/22 – 11/4/22: Hall & Mathis avenues and the area to the west to 9th Street will be closed to thru traffic
Additionally, homes along Mathis, Hall, and Smith avenues will be without water for five hours as crews relocate the water main beginning between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. on Friday, October 21.
