INDIANA — Hoosier businesses can save 10% off their estimated annual workers’ compensation premiums courtesy of a new Indiana Chamber of Commerce partnership with the ClearPath Mutual Insurance Company.
Businesses are eligible for the program if they have been in existence for at least three years and are a member in good standing with the Indiana Chamber on the effective date of the policy or within the first 30 days of coverage. These businesses are eligible regardless of their estimated annual premium, before or after the association membership discount, and even if they are already a ClearPath Mutual policyholder. (Current underwriting guidelines apply.)

A note on procedure: It is the responsibility of the insurance agent to notify ClearPath Mutual’s underwriting department of member businesses. Insurance agents need only to contact their ClearPath Mutual underwriting team to notify if a new business submission, or current policyholder, is a member of the Indiana Chamber. If a current policyholder is a member business, the discount will be applied at their renewal.
