BEDFORD – The Construction of new businesses and residences slowed down during the month of January according to the Bedford Plan Department Permit Summary.
A total of 18 permits were approved including one commercial building with inspection, one certificate with occupancy, a commercial building with inspection, one new building permit, four new signs for businesses, 10 residential with inspection, and one demolition permit.
There were 22 permits in the month of December to close out 2021. When the winter months begin to fade away and the warmer temperatures arrive, permits will likely come in with greater numbers.
