IBA launches engineering internship program – Student applications accepted through July 16

INDIANA – Engineers are the foundation of any broadcasting station.  Their ability to respond ensures stations stay on the air and connected to the communities they serve.

The Indiana Broadcasters Association Engineering Internship Program provides college students the opportunity to learn more about broadcast engineering through a 14-week (length can vary from 12-16 weeks) paid program with stations across the state.

Students can apply for the program through July 16, 2021 by filling out the form  at the link below.  One applicant will be chosen for a paid internship during the Fall 2021 semester.

To be eligible, applicants must: be a current, full-time college student attending an IBA Member Indiana college or university; have an overall 2.5 GPA (on a 4.0 scale).

Stations interested in hosting a student engineering intern should email IBA Director of Member Services Sam Klemet (sam@indianabroadcasters.org).
