READI in the Uplands

INDIANA – Indiana has officially launched the Regional Economic Acceleration and Development Initiative (READI).

This transformational initiative will dedicate $500 million in state appropriations to strategically advance quality of place and quality of life, innovation, entrepreneurship, and talent attraction within defined Indiana regions. Through strategic investments, READI will help make Indiana a magnet for talent and economic growth.

This is an incredible opportunity for the Indiana Uplands region and officials hope you can join us for this important informational meeting. Representatives from the Indiana Economic Development Corporation will outline the READI program, highlight the state’s goals, and address specific questions. Paid parking will be available in the Trades District Garage or on the street.

The meeting will be on Wednesday, June 9 from 9 a.m. until 10 p.m. at Dimension Mill at 642 North Madison Street, in Bloomington.
