BLOOMINGTON – The Bloomington Parks & Recreation Department officials are excited to announce all of the wonderful community event opportunities coming up in June for all ages.
The use of face coverings and physical distancing at all concerts and movies is strongly recommended.
The Performing Arts Series concerts in Switchyard Park and Bryan Park kick off Friday, June 4 at 5:30 p.m. with the “Happy Hours on the Lawn“, a new addition to the 2021 concert series.
Usher in the weekend with friends and colleagues and enjoy live music on the Pavilion Lawn with wine, beer, and cocktails available for purchase on-site.
Movies in the Park series begins Saturday, June 19 at 9:45 p.m. with the screening of “The Manchurian Candidate” (1962) in Bryan Park, so grab your picnic blanket, pop some popcorn, and enjoy a movie under the stars.
Admission is FREE to all concerts and movies.
