BEDFORD – The Bedford Plan Commission will conduct a meeting at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday afternoon at the City Concourse on H Street.
The City of Bedford is requesting to rezone property located at 2630 Industrial Park Drive.
The property is currently zoned I-2 general industrial district . They are requesting to change the zoning to a professional residential district. The city is requesting the change to make the property more functional with permitted uses.
The commission will also hear Michael Coryea’s request to rezone 2620 Industrial Drive. Michael is requesting to rezone his property from I-2 general industrial district to a professional residential district.
Michael is looking to open a new Residential Detox Facility.
