COSMOS partnership to announce two SEAL programs

MITCHELL – The Indiana Office of Work-Based Learning and Apprenticeship (OWBLA), along with participating partners, will officially recognize two certified State Earn and Learns (SEALs) at COSMOS. These SEALs include Education and CNA.

They are designed to develop the skills that employers seek and are geared toward both adult and youth populations in any business or industry sector.

Attending will be Jason Graves, Regional Director of OWBLA; Jimmy Ellis, Superintendent of Orleans Community Schools; Brent Comer, Superintendent of Mitchell Community Schools; Candace Rouch, Superintendant of Shoals Community School Corporation, Darrel Zeck, Executive Director of OWBLA; Tina Peterson, President and CEO of Regional Opportunity Initiatives Inc.
