Jade Reedy promoted to Unit Team Manager at Putnamville Correctional Facility

GREENCASTLE – After 15 years of dedicated and honorable service to the Indiana Department of Correction, Jade Reedy is ready for a new and challenging position as Unit Team Manager at Putnamville Correctional Facility.

Unit Team Manager Jade Reedy began his career with the Indiana Department of Correction (IDOC) in 2006 as a Correctional Officer. Later Reedy promoted and spent 14 years in the role of Case Manager. He serves as a member of S.I.T.C.O.N. (Hostage and Crisis Negotiations) for 10 years where he was later assigned Team Leader. Reedy is a graduate of the Commissioners Experienced and Emerging Leadership (EEL) program, Basic Supervisory Course, DOC Supervisory Course, and is a graduate from Indiana State University.

Deputy Warden Timmy Phegley said, “Reedy has demonstrated that he will be a great addition to the supervisory ranks at Putnamville due to his experience(s) in the facility and the different roles he has excelled in.”  Warden Dushan Zatecky stated, “Reedy has been a valued and trusted member of Putnamville Correctional. I appreciate his energy, and dedication to our profession and the leadership he has provided over the course of his career.”
