BEDFORD – The Bedford Planning Department released its monthly report that reflects residential construction still sizzling during the cold month of February.
There was a total of $435,025 in new home construction permits during the month of February in Bedford. A total of $40,000 in new construction commercial permits were also issued in the month of February.

During the month of February, one new residential construction permit was submitted but not approved, and one sign permit was submitted and denied.
