MITCHELL – Mitchell Community School Board will meet in executive session on Monday, March 8, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. with a regular session to follow at 6:00 p.m.
Both sessions will be held in the Administration Conference Room.
The agenda for the executive session includes:
- Discuss with respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6 (6)
- To discuss job performance evaluations of individual employees as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (9)
- Discussion with respect to pending litigation as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (2b)
