(BLOOMINGTON) – An Indiana University junior was found dead in an Eigenmann Hall dorm room, Thursday night.
IU Police Department officers found 20-year-old Jose “Joma” Leonardo, of Indianapolis, who was a resident life coordinator.
Officers went to the dorm room at 6:40 p.m. after a request for a welfare check.
Police say Leonardo appeared to have been dead for some time. They do not suspect foul play at this time.
An autopsy was performed at 1 p.m. Friday and those results are pending.
