On Friday, Bedford Middle School students went back to school following several days off.
The North Lawrence Community Schools provided a bus for students to be transported from the Bedford Middle School to the Lawrence County Boys & Girls Club Teen Center at the end of the school day because the sidewalk had a large amount of snow and was unsafe for students to walk along busy 16th street.

Today, Bedford Street Department crews cleared the sidewalk from BMS to the Lawrence County Boys & Girls Club Teen Center so students could have a safe and clear path to walk to the facility.
