(BEDFORD) – Bedford Fire Department Firefighters extinguished a field fire behind Bedford Federal Savings Bank and other businesses on John Williams Boulevard Friday afternoon.
The fire was reported at 1:06 p.m.
Firefighters responded with four fire engines and were on 4-wheelers to get to the blaze.
The blaze was extinguished quickly.
Duke Energy also responded to the scene.
