(BEDFORD) – The Bedford Plan Commission will be conducting a public hearing on two proposed subdivisions on Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. at the City Concourse located at 1402 H Street.
Travis Norman and Adam Chastain proposed a major subdivision located on 35th Street consisting of 10 acres. The plan is to subdivide the land into 19 parcels which will all be zoned R-1 Residential District.
Mason Brasher and Carol Anderson are requesting a minor subdivision in 600 block of 25th Street which will be subdivided into three parcels. One parcel at 8.65 acres, a second parcel at 15.34 acres, and a third at 16.02 parcels to be named Carol Anderson Minor Subdivision.
