In the month of November Holiday Inn Express had a Certificate of Occupancy granted, Hillcrest Christian Church had a $30,000 building remodel permit issued, and Samantha Newlin/Manegypsy Saloon was the newest business construction with $75,000 in construction within the City of Bedford.
For the month of November new residential construction totaled about $73,000.
Building construction normally slows down in the winter months before new home construction and business construction heats back up in the spring.
