Governor Holcomb Extends State’s Public Health Emergency

(INDIANAPOLIS) – Governor Eric Holcomb signed an executive order today to extend the state’s public health emergency for 30 days.

This is the ninth renewal of the public health emergency which was first issued on March 6, 2020.

The emergency extension will expire on December 31.

Today, the Indiana State Department of Health reported an additional 5,598 positive COVID-19 cases with an additional 142 deaths.
