Lawrence County Voter Turnout Hits 65% In 2020 General Election

(LAWRENCE CO.) – The 2020 Lawrence County General Election is over with the final results to be certified in the next couple of weeks.

A total of 21,320 voters turned out for this year’s election. This was an overall 65.49 percent turnout for this year’s election.

  • Election Day Voters – 6,369
  • Absentee Voters – 3,637
  • Early Voters – 11,314

  • Republican Party – 6,371
  • Democratic Party -1,082
  • Libertarian – 21
