(BEDFORD) – A motorcyclist refused medical treatment following an accident on State Road 37 near U.S. 50 West.
The call reporting the accident came in at 5:06 p.m.
According to the Lawrence County Police report, 54-year-old Timothy D. Golden, of Mitchell, was traveling southbound on State Road 37 when he looked over his shoulder and lost control of his 2004 KTM motorcycle.
The Lawrence County Police Department, Marion Township Volunteer Fire Department, and IU Health Ambulance Service responded to the accident.
