Drug Take-Back Collects 20 Pounds Of Unused Prescriptions

(BEDFORD) – The Indiana Attorney General’s Office drug take back program at the Bedford Public Library was Thursday.

“This was a good turn out today (Thursday), we have collected approximately 20 pound of unused prescriptions today,” said Lindsay Brown of the Indiana Attorney General’s Office.

The event was held in the parking lot of Bedford Public Library where residents just drop off the unused prescriptions with no questions asked.

Bedford Police Department and Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department provided security at the location.
