(MITCHELL) – The Mitchell Community Schools Board of Trustees will meet at 5:00 p.m. in executive session on Tuesday, September 22.
The meeting will be held in the MCS Administration Conference Room.
On the agenda:
1. Discussion with respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction
as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6 (6)
2. To discuss job performance evaluations of individual employees as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (9)
3. Discussion with respect to pending litigation as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (2b)
4. Discussion with respect to collective bargaining as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5 6.1 (b)-(2)(A)
