Purdue Extension Offers Your Money, Your Goals

(BEDFORD) – Purdue Extension – Lawrence County invites you to three free virtual lessons from the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection’s Your Money Your Goals curriculum. The Your Money Your Goals program helps people meet their financial goals by increasing their knowledge, skills, and resources.

Learn more about growing your savings, catching up on bills, and building credit by attending the “Your Money Your Goals” program provided by Purdue Extension-Lawrence County. This free program will be held virtually and registration can be completed online for one or more sessions.

We hear a lot about “good” and “bad” credit, but what does that really mean? This lesson will provide you with tools to better understand the term credit. Lesson Topics: making a plan on how to establish or build credit, responding to identity theft, ordering and reviewing credit reports, learning to dispute credit report errors
