(BLOOMINGTON) – Earlier this month, the City of Bloomington released a report by The Novak Consulting Group that assessed the Bloomington Police Department and made several recommendations. Among them: Expanding the number of Neighborhood Resource Officers.
The BPD’s 2021 budget presentation to council will address some of the recommendations. It starts at 6 p.m. tonight.
