Indiana African American Genealogy Group Annual Meeting Scheduled For September

(INDIANAPOLIS) – The Indiana African American Genealogy Group is currently planning to hold their annual conference, “Helping You Tell Your Family’s Story,” on Sept. 19 from  8 a.m. until 4:40 p.m. at the Indiana Historical Society in downtown Indianapolis.

Nicka Sewell-Smith and Melvin J. Collierare will be the featured speakers and session topics will include DNA and an examination of traditional genealogical research methods.
