Firefighters Quickly Extinguish Fire At Granite Inliner

(ORLEANS) – Orange County Rural Fire District 2 and Paoli Fire Departments were dispatched to a fire at Granite Inliner Tuesday night.

Firefighters from Orange County Rural District 2 and Paoli Fire Departments along with Orange County EMS, Orange County Police Department, and Orleans Police Department responded to a fire at Granite Inliner Tuesday night.

The fire departments were dispatched at approximately 9:20 p.m. to 4520 North State Road 37 in Orleans due to a large amount of black smoke coming from one of the buildings on the property.

Firefighters were able to get the fire quickly under control.

There were no reports of any injuries due to the fire.

WBIW was not able to speak with company officials on Tuesday night about the fire. More details are expected to be provided by the company’s media relations.

Granite Inliner employs approximately 147 people at its Orleans location

According to the company’s profile, Granite Inliner is a leading provider of trenchless water and wastewater system renewal services.

Along with the two fire departments, Orleans Police Department, Orange County Police, and Orange County Ambulance Service also assisted at the scene.
