(BEDFORD) – Officers were requested to Jay C Plus on Saturday morning after a report of a female acting suspicious in the parking lot.
At 7:23 a.m., a store employee told police the woman was following customers around the parking lot and looking into vehicles, according to Chief Terry Moore.
Officers located 31-year-old Rebecca Terrell, of 1210 15th St., who showed the usual signs of intoxication and admitted to police she had used meth.
Terrell was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
