- 10:10 p.m. Jackie Leatherman, 48, Mitchell, resisting arrest by force, resisting arrest by fleeing, battery on a police officer causing injury, wanted on a warrant for dealing a controlled substance resulting in death.

- 1:50 p.m. Follow up investigation at McDonald’s in Mitchell. The missing juvenile was located and taken to the Sheriff’s Department

- 4:11 p.m. Medical emergency in the 90 block of South Hill Drive. A 2-year-old female fell and hit her head and is having a seizure. An IU Health Hospital ambulance and Indian Creek VFD responded
- 4:25 p.m. Request for a welfare check in the 2810 block of South I Street for a male slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle parked in a driveway. The male was fine
- 4:53 p.m. Report of a female just attempted to pass a counterfeit $20 bill at the Marathon station on State Road 37. The female told the clerk she received it as a gag and didn’t intend to use it
- 5:21 p.m. Warrant service in the 400 block of Warren Street. A male was arrested. The male suffered facial injuries and an AMR ambulance and Mitchell VFD responded

- 6:17 p.m. Request for animal control in the 140 block of State Road 60 West to check on a horse that is extremely skinning and not being cared for

- 9:04 p.m. Report of a juvenile problem in the 1110 block of West Oak Street. A 15-year-old male was out of control. Police took the male to IU Health Hospital for a medical evaluation
