Lawrence County Economic Growth Council Releases Annual Report

(BEDFORD) – The Lawrence County Economic Growth Council recently published its 2019 Annual Stakeholder Report, which serves as a recap of the organization’s major projects, initiatives, and achievements throughout the past year.

Among those is the Workforce Coalition’s facilitation of $250,000 in financial and in-kind donations to be utilized for county-wide education efforts.

“We hope this report allows the community and our stakeholders to be better-informed on the work we do as an organization,” says CEO, Shance Sizemore. The report also highlights over $11.5 million in new investment into the county through expansion, acquisition and new business ventures.
