Indiana Department of Revenue Reminds Business Owners WH-3 Forms Must be Filed by January 31

(UNDATED) – The Indiana Department of Revenue (DOR) would like to remind all businesses to file their WH-3 forms by the Jan. 31, 2020 due date.

All employers must file WH-3s for the amount of state and county income taxes withheld from employees throughout the year.

All WH-3s must be filed electronically through the INtax system (IC 6-3-4-16.5). If your business has not yet registered with DOR, a BT-1 form also needs to be filed.

If your business uses a payroll provider and they are certified with DOR, they can file your WH-3 for you.

For additional questions or concerns you may contact the DOR Customer Service Center at number 317-233-4016, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., EST.
