(BEDFORD) – Two Bedford residents were arrested after Bedford Police officers were called to a property damage accident Friday night near the intersection of 32nd Street and Mitchell Road.
When police arrived they found 31-year-old Hogan Abner in the middle of the road acting strangely.
“Additional officers arrived and located Abner and 36-year-old Jessica Douglas near the storage units at 32nd and R streets.Â
“Both showed usual signs of intoxication and both were arrested on charges of public intoxication,” says Chief Terry Moore.
