According to Bedford Police Chief Terry Moore, officers were requested to the parking lot after a report that 43-year-old Rachel Merry was harassing individuals in the parking lot.
“Officers arrived and found her in a vehicle with a female passenger 24-year-old Harmony Pemberton,” says Chief Moore. “Officers were notified that Pemberton was wanted on an active warrant and when asked to step out of the vehicle she refused.”

Pemberton resisted arrest and officers had to forcibly remove her from the vehicle.
“Officers were also notified that the driver had a protective order against Merry,” added Chief Moore. “Merry was taken into custody for violating the order.”
Merry is facing a charge of invasion of privacy and Pemberton was arrested on the warrant and a charge of resisting arrest.
