(UNDATED) – The Santa Train began its 30th trip with Santa spreading holiday cheer today.
The train left the station near Indianapolis and will travel through Southern Indiana on Saturday and Sunday.
Families are invited to come on board and visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus and a whole cast of characters and help decorate the train for the holiday.
The event is free to attend.
The Train will roll into Bargersville, Morgantown, and Helmsburg on Friday.
On Saturday, the train will make stops around 8:30 a.m. in Solsberry. Then stop at Bloomfield, Linton, Dugger, and Jasonville.
On Sunday, the train moves into Illinois with stops at Newton, Oblong, and Palestine, before ending its tour by returning to Sullivan, Indiana.
Each stop will last between one and two hours.
