(BEDFORD) – Three of the North Lawrence Community School’s Resource Officers recently attended the School Safety Specialist Academy that was sponsored by the Indiana Department of Education.
The Academy was held in Indianapolis on November 11th and 12th.
Attending were the three Middle School’s Resource Officers: Bedford Police Major Brian Turpen at Bedford Middle School, Lawrence County Sheriff Deputy Tim Butcher at Oolitic Middle School, and Lawrence County Sheriff Deputy B.J. Fulkerson at Shawswick Middle School.
