  • 6:34 a.m. Phone lines in the roadway on Lawrenceport Road just off State Road 60 East
  • 7:24 a.m. Deputies made extra patrols at Heltonville Elementary
  • 7:37 a.m. Medical emergency in the 400 block of Wade Street. A female says she feels like she is going to pass out
  • 7:37 a.m. Report of a possible gas leak in the 150 block of Rager Road. Vectren responded, no gas leak was found
  • 7:59 a.m. 911 call in the 110 block of West Warren Street. A child was playing with the phone
  • 8:10 a.m. Lift assist in the 380 block of Liberty Bell Street. a 79-year-old male fell
  • 9:21 a.m. Medical emergency in the 1840 block of Mount Pleasant Road. A 74-year-old fell
  • 9:23 a.m. 911 call from an unknown location. Dispatchers texted the number there was no problem
  • 9:37 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 at White River Co-Op
  • 10:01 a.m. Medical emergency in the 3900 block of Louden Lane. A 76-year-old female was ill
  • 10:40 a.m. Agency assist in the 380 block of South Meridian Road. The Department of Child Services is requesting an officer to assist with a home visit
  • 10:59 a.m. 911 call at Dollens Elementary in the cafeteria. It was an accidental dial
  • 12:25 p.m. Medical emergency in the 50 block of Easy Street. A toddler was having trouble breathing
  • 12:31 a.m. Washington County Sheriff’s Department reported a semi left the scene of an accident and was last seen traveling west on State Road 60 East

  • 1:33 p.m. Request for animal control to the 1480 block of Yockey Road. The caller says there was a pig in her yard

  • 2:45 p.m. Gas Leak in the 150 block fo Rager Road. There is a heavy odor of gas in the area. He can hear a hissing sound at the substation. Vectren was alerted

  • 2:56 p.m. Request for animal control to the 1690 block of Greer Lane in Springville for two horses running loose
  • 3:13 p.m. Traffic stop at North 8th Street and Hancock Avenue. Two citations were issued for seatbelt violations
  • 3:21 p.m. Theft of a welding helmet at Steel Tech
  • 3:24 p.m. Warrant service in the 1420 block of I Street
  • 3:26 p.m. Medical emergency in the 10 block of Maple Ridge Road. A person was complaining of leg pain
  • 3:42 p.m. Report of a suspicious male in the 620 block of Dixie Highway. The male knocking on doors and asking residents for a ride to Mitchell saying he is lost and doesn’t know what to do. Police were unable to find the male

  • 4:41 p.m. Abandoned vehicle in the 130 block of Dale Street

  • 4:55 p.m. Alarm sounding at Hoosier Hills Credit Union on Teke Burton Drive. The building was secure

  • 5:59 p.m. A male was on station to report his ex-wife did not show up for child exchange for vistitation
  • 6 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a beige Sedan at State Road 37 and State Road 54
  • 6:29 p.m. Agency assist in the 620 block of Elkins Road. Monroe County is working a child abduction case and request an officer to check the residence for a female. The female is in a gold Dodge Caravan with false and fictitious plates. Monroe County then called back at 7:19 p.m. and they located the female
  • 6:38 p.m. Traffic stop at West Main Street in Mitchell
  • 6:51 p.m. Report of powerlines down on Yockey Road between Peaceful Valley and North Meridian roads
  • 6:53 p.m. Medical emergency alarm sounding in the 10 block of Lakeside Estates. A 71-year-old male was ill
  • 8:06 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Woodville Road
  • 8:10 p.m. A resident in the 2630 block of Pleasant Run Road was on station to report their 17-year-old daughter had run away. The juvenile was found in Bloomington
  • 8:26 p.m. Medical emergency in the 2320 block of Meridian Road. A 70-year-old was ill
  • 8:38 p.m. Traffic stop in the 4880 block of State Road 37 in Mitchell
  • 8:50 p.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Woodville Road. Police searched the vehicle
  • 9:13 p.m. Medical emergency at Elm Park I. A 55-year-old was complaining of numbness to his lower back
  • 10:57 p.m. Report of a suspicious person in the 300 block of South Third Street in Mitchell. Someone was attempting to get in the front door and she is requesting to speak to an officer
  • 11:15 p.m. Agency assist at State Road 37 and West Main Street in Mitchell. A person was detained
  • 11:15 p.m. Medical emergency in the 7740 block of Williams Road. An 82-year-old was suffering a stroke

  • 2:22 a.m. Medical emergency in the 110 block of West Warren Street. A 65-year-old was suffering chest pains
  • 2:39 a.m. Agency assist at 18th and E streets. A K-9 searched a vehicle
  • 2:59 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Trogdon Lane
  • 3:21 a.m. Fire alarm at FiberTech
  • 3:23 a.m. A small child was found in the yard of a home in the 210 block of Indiana Avenue in Oolitic. It was of a female toddler. The child was returned to her parents at 308 Second Street.
