(COLUMBUS) – The Bartholomew County Coroner says a man found dead in October in a cornfield died from an acute methamphetamine overdose.
Danny Ray Green, 39, was found on Oct. 3 by a farmer near Indianapolis and Tellman roads.
Bartholomew County Coroner Clayton Nolting said in a press release that toxicology results showed that Green had “an extremely high level of methamphetamine.”
This is the 17th overdose-related death in 2019 in Bartholomew County, Nolting added.
