(WASHINGTON) – Mental Health America of Daviess and Martin Counties will be hosting a Suicide Awareness Walk Friday, October 18th at Eastside Park in Washington.
The event will kick off around 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. They are free activities which include Music, face painting, Sidewalk Chalk and Speakers.
Glow braclets and necklaces at 7:00 p.m.
From 7-8 p.m. Out of The Darkness Walk around the park in memory of loved ones last to Suicide and those who may be experiencing darkness in their lives. Attendees are encouraged to wear their school colors to support your community. Any questions you can email: dcmha47501@gmail.com.
