(SPARKSVILLE) – Around 11 p.m. Tuesday the Carr Township Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to a structure fire in Sparksville.
Upon arrival, firefighters found a fully engulfed unoccupied residential fire on 2nd Street.
Firefighters were on the scene for approximately 2 hours containing the blaze which spread to nearby vegetation.
Fire officials state that no one was living in the residence and possible arson is suspected. Carr Township and Driftwood Township Fire Departments responded to the blaze.
