(BEDFORD) – Lesley Lodmell, Extension Educator- 4-H and Youth Development is inviting Junior Leaders and those interested in becoming a Junior Leader to their kick-off meeting on Thursday, October 3 at the Extension Office.
The event is for anyone in grades 7-12 and your invited to bring a friend.
There will be a scavenger hunt around downtown, followed by pizza.

“Since we are doing a scavenger hunt, if any 4-H volunteers can stick around, please let me know,” says Lodmell. “We also want to make sure you can mark your calendars to help with the annual Junior Leader Trick or Treat for Canned Goods. We will be distributing flyers on October 16 from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. and collecting canned goods on October 19 at 10 am. More details to come.”
Volunteers are also needed to help with a Junior Leader booth at the Fair Board Trick or Treat on October 29.
