Public Notice Regarding Proposed Amendments of the Aged & Disabled Waiver and of the Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver

(INDIANAPOLIS) – In November 2019, the Indiana Family and Social Service Administration Division of Aging intends to submit a proposed amendment to the Aged and Disabled waiver and a proposed amendment of the Traumatic Brain Injury waiver Plan to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for consideration.
