(BLOOMINGTON) – The Bloomington Police Department has received numerous complaints from residents receiving calls and voicemails from a man who is claiming to be a Bloomington Police officer.
The man says he is calling regarding a legal matter and if he leaves a message asking the resident to call him back as soon as possible.
The calls have been coming from the number of 812-647-6345.
Bloomington Police say this is a scam. To hang up and not provide the caller with anyone information.
