(BEDFORD) – A Bedford man was injured after he lost control of his motorcycle on State Road 158 on Monday afternoon.
According to a Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department report, 22-year-old Nathan Kuster of Bedford was traveling east on State Road 158 near the intersection of Old State Road 158 when he lost control of his 1999 Yamaha motorcycle.
The motorcycle then collided with a guard rail in the east lane of the highway.
Kuster suffered a fractured arm and was transported by ambulance to IU Health Bloomington Hospital.
He was cited for not having a motorcycle endorsement and no insurance.
The bike was towed from the scene.
