(WEST LAFAYETTE, IN) – Purdue’s Carsen Edwards will forgo his senior season as he declared for the NBA Draft on Monday.
“My dream has been to play in the NBA,” he said in a social media post. “I feel like that time is now. I will be entering the 2019 NBA Draft with an agent. This is the beginning of a new journey and chapter in my life.”
Edwards made a record 28 3-pointers in four NCAA Tournament games this year and averaged 24.3 points and 2.9 assists.
