(BICKNELL) – Washington Police arrested a man Friday after he removed his ankle bracelet and didn’t return from work release.
Washington Police officer arrested 29-year-old Derek Godfrey 48-hours later after they received information that he was in Bicknell.
He was arrested on State Road 358 just inside Daviess County.
He was arrested on charges of a warrant for petition to revoke community corrections, possession of meth and drug paraphernalia.
Police also arrested 38-year-old Jaqueline Acevedo of Betham, Pennsylvania on a felony charge of assisting a criminal.
Both are being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
