“I look forward to students from across the Ninth District submitting their artwork for the chance to represent our Hoosier community in the halls of the U.S. Capitol,” said Representative Hollingsworth.
Students may submit their original, two-dimensional artwork to Representative Hollingsworth’s district offices in Jeffersonville or Franklin for the contest. Local artists and individuals from across the District will judge the competition. The judges’ scores will be worth 80 percent of the overall score with the number of “Likes” each submission receives on Facebook representing the other 20 percent.
