Pacers Smack Hornets On Sunday

(INDIANAPOLIS, IN) – The Pacers capped off the weekend with back-to-back wins at home as they routed the Charlotte Hornets 120-95 on Sunday.

Victor Oladipo led the way with 21 points and seven assists while Darren Collison added 19 points and Myles Turner pulled down a game-high 16 rebounds.
The Pacers used stifling defense, including holding Charlotte to 15 points in the second quarter.
Oladipo said it was revenge for a 26-point loss they suffered to the Hornets earlier this season.
“We just tried to prepare ourselves defensively, making sure it was tougher for them than it was in the last game. Collectively, we did awesome.”
The Pacers shot the ball 100 times from the field and connected on 47-percent of their shots while knocking down fourteen 3-pointers in the process. Indiana dominated with 50 rebounds and 34 assists.
The Pacers are 3-1 through four games of their five-game homestand and wrap it up on Wednesday against the Toronto Raptors.
