Pauline Jewell Brim – Mitchell
March 12, 1946 – February 14, 2018
Pauline Jewell Brim, 71, of Mitchell, passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2018, at her residence.
Born March 12, 1946, in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of William Dexter
and Ida Elizabeth (Lewis) Milligan. Pauline retired from RCA and attended the Mitchell Church of the Nazarene. She graduated from Mitchell High School in 1964.
Survivor include her son, Charles William “Bill” (Natalie) Brim of Mitchell; grandchildren, Zoey Brim and Zane Brim; brother, Elza (Minnie) Milligan of Mitchell
Her parents; grandson, Cole Brim; and siblings, Rosemary Marie Knight, Blanche Esther Milligan, Mary Ada Fender, Della McCord, Martha Elizabeth Milligan, and Juliaetta Collins, preceded her in death.
Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, February 19, at Hickory Grove Cemetery with Pastor Joel Parsons officiating. Friends may call from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. Sunday at Haverly Funeral Chapel.
Juanita Guerra Medellin – Burley, Idaho
January 27, 1932 – February 14, 2018
Juanita Guerra Medellin, 86, pf Burley, Idaho, passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2018, at the home of her daughter.
Born January 27, 1932, in Pharr, Texas, she was the daughter of Tomas and Hesusa DeLeon Guerra. She was married to Salvador Ramiraz Medellin and he preceded her in death.
Juanita retired from Ore-Ida with 30 years of service, and after retirement, was employed at Wal-Mart.
Survivors include her daughters, Vivian Lee Puga of Beaverton, Oregon, Velma Medellin Hall of Mitchell; 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren
Her parents; husband; and children, Guadalupe S. Medellin and Jesse G. Medellin,
preceded her in death.
Cremation was chosen.

James Edward “Jimmy” Ritchison – Oolitic

James Edward “Jimmy” Ritchison, 43, of Oolitic, passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2018, at his residence.
Born February 4, 1975, in Bedford, he was the son of William Samuel and Connie Sue (Helton) Edmonson, Sr. James had been a nurse’s aide and was a mentor. He was a graduate of Bedford North Lawrence High School and Vincennes University. James had been employed at LIfeDesigns and enjoyed working with children and disabled adults. He had a big heart and was a great son and brother. James was loved very much and will be missed.
Survivors include his father, William Samuel Edmonson Sr. of Mitchell; siblings, Elizabeth Knight, of Mitchell, William Samuel Edmonson Jr., of Mitchell, Jenelle Brooks, of Indianapolis; lots of nieces and nephews
His mother and sister, Melissa Pemberton, preceded him in death.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, February 17, at Haverly Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until the service on Saturday at the funeral chapel.
